If a customer returns an item they recently purchased from one of our stores, we will offer them the following options;
TRADE it out
REPAIR it (if possible, or economical)
In-Store CREDIT
Cash REFUND

1 - 15 days since the date-of-sale, we only charge a 10% restocking fee.
16 - 30 days since the date-of-sale, we only charge a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: This warranty does not apply to Car Audio equipment (decks, amps, speakers, equalizers & cross-overs) that were tested & fully operational when they left our store, and were subsequently not installed by a professional.
