No discounts available on layaway items

Discounts are for cash purchases only

No cash refunds on layaway deposits

But we do allow managers to issue partial refunds

            - by charging the customer a re-stocking fee

              which is 5% per week for active layaways, up to a max of 25% of total price

No refunds on overdue layaway tickets

Managers can extend a layaway default date by 1 week (max)
