Provide the community with fully collateralized, non-recourse, short-term loans on almost anything of value, and a place to purchase low cost, pre-owned merchandise in a comfortable environment that is a fun and rewarding place to work, by empowering our employees with the right tools and training, which produces an acceptable return for shareholders.

OUR VISION

Continue to grow our New Kind of Pawn Shop by combining strong strategic management with highly effective operational leadership, to leverage off our large base of existing clientele, continue to forge good relationships with local law enforcement & government officials, and use our solid network of trusted vendors, to apply non-typical pawnshop techniques to the local pawn industry, such as; aggressive brand building, heavy use of technology, and modern retail merchandising … while providing a clean, comfortable “Sales Floor” for customers to browse, and creating a fun and interesting place to work for employees, so that in short; customers and employees alike enjoy numerous, convenient, safe locations, a world class “service atmosphere”, and the fulfillment of providing (or being provided) reasonable financial assistance during times of need (via Loans or Discounted Merchandise).
