Return Policy

We guarantee everything we sell for 30 days

If a customer returns an item they recently purchased from one of our stores, we will offer them the following options;

1. TRADE it Out
2. REPAIR it (if possible, or economical)
3. In-Store CREDIT
4. Cash REFUND. If an item is defective, we will do a full cash refund anytime in the first 30 days. If an item is not defective, then…
   a) During the first 7 days after the sale, we will give you a full cash refund anyway (with store receipt).
   b) If it’s been 8 - 15 days since the date-of-sale, we only charge a 10% restocking fee.
   c) It it’s been 16 - 30 days since the date-of-sale, we only charge a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: This warranty does not apply to Car Audio equipment (decks, amps, speakers, EQs & cross-overs) that were tested & fully operational when they left our store, and were subsequently not installed by a professional.
